About Us

Hello, and welcome to Fudgelato!

Our names are Karl & Sole van Beek and we love being the Owner Operators of our Family Business.

Joining us is our wonderful team
Steve Linke is our Professional Chef with over 2 decades of experience. He has been with us for 2+ Years 
Carol Nelson is our sales assistant who has been with us for 3+ Years 
Our two little kids occasionally help out, and especially taste testing!

We took over the Fudge Store in 2016 and then the neighbouring Gelato Store in 2021. 
Then we married our two products together, Fresh Gelatos with Creamy Fudge mixed in, and we called them Fudgelato's

These unique products are such a hit, we re-branded our stores after them as FUDGELATO

Caramel Gelato w' Chocolate Fudge and Gingernut Biscuits
Passionfruit Gelato & Russian Fudge
Wild-berry Gelato w' Dark Chocolate Fudge
Peanut Butter Gelato w' Chocolate Fudge

We make the Fudge every week in small batches to ensure a smooth and buttery texture in every bite. 

We are happy to provide our Fudge's online for everyone and we ship anywhere in NZ and we look forward to hearing from you
