Shipping policy

We currently ship orders only within New Zealand.

Please allow up to 4 business days to process orders, especially for orders placed Friday, Saturday & Sunday or long weekends as shipping companies do not operate during the weekend or public holidays.

Shipping times vary depending on your location, taking a little longer for rural addresses. We aim to deliver all orders within 3 business days but please contact us if you experience any delays.

Orders will be processed & delivered on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding public holidays. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number.
